SHOCKING SERVICE FROM DSVT CALL CENTRE

I have called them with regard to charges on my account for reconnection and to date they have failed to come back to me, even after calling, and sending them emails, STILL NO ANSWER!

I HAVE COMPLAINED SICE JANUARY ABOUT OTHER SERVICE FAILURES AND TO DATE NO FEEDBACK WHATSOVER, I HAVE ALL MY EMAILS WHICH I HAVE SENT TO THEM!!!

THIS IS WORSE EVER SERVICE AND THEY ARE DOING THIS BECAUSE THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE CURRENTLY AVAILABLE IN SA!!!

LETS HOPE WE CAN HAVE A NEW SERVICE PROVIDER AND WE CAN ALTERNATIVE, IT IS SAD THE OTHET SERVICE PROVIDER COULDNT OFFER ALTERNATIVE SERVICE PROVIDER!!!
