Misleading Booking

We booked online for the Prestige, we paid and got the tickets. When we arrived at the cinema, to watch Iron Man 3, we went to the prestige cinema and we were promptly told " No sorry fully booked'. We go to the ticket collector for the normal cinemas and he says sorry there is nothing he can do. We went especially to experience the prestige and then got a normal cinema setting.
