I'm a new subscriber and just got a chock of my life with your services. I subscribed with you on the 25th June for R275, 00 subs. I was never told to make a payment within 24 hours within your call centre. Today when I wake up I m discovering that my services has been suspended and an sms that I'm charged penalty fees to reopen my subs, what service is that to a new subscriber?

I'm highly disappointed and I'm wondering if I will get purely good service in the near future with you.
