My Subs

I subscribed to the Idees magazine about a month ago, and received a confirmation email saying that an eft payment takes about two hours to process. But every time I log in to view my order, it still says "to be processed". How long can I take to process one order?! I have emailed the supplier numerous times, upon which I receive an automated reply on every email, saying that my mail will be responded to within 8 hours. I have not heard a word from my subs, and I have been waiting for more than a week! My husband also emailed them a few times, and still no word from my subs. It is no use subscribing to a magazine only to get outdated issues, which I think is going to happen if it takes this long to process an order! I am beginning to wonder if my subs really exists or if it is all just a. I will never recommend this supplier to anyone. I am very disappointed, they are giving extremely bad service!!!
