Poor experience

As a busy parent and professional we dont often get chance to go to movies. So an afternoon off was the ideal chance. What a disappointment. Clearwater Numetro. Had no tellers on duty for ticket sales. All self help kiosks were off. Only one teller that sells tickets also sells refreshments and was having a problem. When I asked the duty manager for help she told me the tellers were on lunch. When asked again she blammed a power failure yet was able to reboot the self help kiosk when encouraged. Clearly it was a case of apathy rather than technical problems. A nice afternoon spoilt.
