Fun Company - Injury due to bad maintenance

Our family visited The Fun Company entertainment area in the Carnival Mall, and ended up playing the glow-in-the-dark putput course. On one of the holes, my wife fell due to poor lighting. I immediaty rushed to the assistants and pointed it out to them, as there were many other people playing there as well. The lady responded that they were aware of the bad lighting problem but will report it to their management again. We left after reporting it and did not continue inside as we were worried about my wifes' fall injury. The area is normally sufficiently lit using black flourescent lighting which illuminates on the decor inside, providing sufficient sight to enjoy the experience. This is not the case, especially on the 8th hole where most of the bulbs have expired.

What also concerns us is the fact that as we were leaving, other members of the public were not informed of the problem.
