Arno Southey (Extreme Sound and lighting) offers services in karaoke tracks, booking of Artists and Sound. I bought tracks from him but unfortunately I found out too late that he takes the money but never delivers the product.

Why do people do this?? I looked on his Facebook profile and this has happened to other people also. There are also other complaints on hello Peter of people who's money has been taken but did not get anything in return.

How can this be stopped? I am more upset about being than the money! How do people work like this?
