I BOUGHT A NEW DECORDER AND I HAD AN OLD ONE AS WELL.I PHONED TO ACTIVATE IT AND ALL WAS FINE I ASSUMED.WHEN MY SISTER PHONED TO ACTIVATE THE OLD ONE THEY MADE THE ERROR AND ACTIVATED MY NEW ONE ON HER NAME.SO THE OLD WAS NOT PLAYING WHILST THE NEW WAS PLAYING BY ME.THEY CANT EVEN CALL YOU BACK WHEN YOU PHONE THEY TOLD MY SISTER THEY DONT MAKE OUTSIDE CALL.WHAT IS THAT, HOW DO THEY MAKE AN ERROR AND WONT EVEN GIVE YOU THE IDEA THAT THEY ARE SORRY.IM SO DISSAPPOINTED WITH DSTV.
