Rude agent and erroneous booking ruin fathers day

On this past Sunday tried to make a booking using the iPhone app - after numerous attempts this refused to allow the booking to go through and payment to succeed the app then connected me to the TicketLine. I spoke to the agent, who was clearly not aware of her own processes worked and told me it would take 30min for the seats I hide tried to book to become available and that the reference number from the app wasn't working, I quickly dispelled this by gong into the app while on the call and could see the seat (a love seat) - I told her she was incorrect after which began her tired of laming her IT dept, and me, and reminding me that there are other calls waiting and there were only 4 agents on. I couldn't t believe what I was hearing, and her tone was just plan rude. She then took my details after realizing I was correct, supposedly book the seats and that was that. We then arrived at the cinema, collected our tickets and we to the show. 5min in we were asked to move as the ticket had been booked for the wrong show time! The usher then moved us to the back two seats, where my wife who is deaf in one ear battled to enjoy the film. A terrible series of disappointments and insults.
