Complaint - Call Centre Refusing to Book Seats

I called into the call centre (at around 12.05pm) to book 2 tickets to the Dingalings show for this evening 03032013 at 6pm and was told by the sales consultant (Fatima) that this was not possible as the system would not allow her to book these. She refused to even try and book these when i requested her to do so. She insisted that the system would not allow her to book only 2 seats (that i wanted in the back row against the wall) out of the 3 that were available. She said that they (staff i assume) werent allowed to leave a sigle seat empty when booking. Yet whilest i was checking the website for seats, i could clearly see several other single empty seats in different rows around the cinema. It is absolutley disgusting that cinecentre refuses to sell tickets even though they are available. I am a frequent visitor to the suncoast cinema / cinecentre (credit card details can confirm this) and was blatently turned down. I will now think twice before attempting to book at any cinecentre seeing as though they are greedy for business and would rather loose a definate client in an uncertain greedy attempt to gain more business by not selling available tiickets to genuine clients.
