Best service eve

I bought a PVR and installed extra view, so I wanted to get the PVR and extra view working. On Saturday the 15th Jun around 18:00 I called muiltichoice for assistance and I was transfered to the lady who assisted me to the best of her ability, unfortunetly for me I forgot her name but still I just want to thank her for the way in which she assisted me, very professional and friendly, she is the best by far and I wanted to thank her for that, she really made my long weekend worthwhile.
