Bad Attitude towards a client

Recreation & Entertainment

Good morning

We have sent an email to the Client Service Department on the 04th of February 2013 regarding an estate late Sharleen Ann Blicher-Olsen (identity number 600401 0081 08 7). We requested them to transfer the account from the deceased to the benficiary which is Michelle Helen Zietsman. To date, we have not received a reply regarding same. We therefore decided to follow up the matter telephonically. We spoke to a lady by the name of Lehlohonolo;
1. She told me that she she does know whether the account was transferred or not.
2. I then requested her to check via the beneficiary's identity number 630608 0626 08 3.
3. She confirmed that it was transferred to the beneficiary but she cannot provide me with the date of the transfer. She further advised that the beneficiary status is loaded as Mr not Ms.

I telephonically advised her that the beneficiary was the deceased life partner. I confirmed that I will send them an email requesting to amend their records. She firmly advised that they will not take an instruction to a third party, which was very strange because the initial instruction was from our offices. They require Michelle to phone and instruct to change.
