Please be advised that I was at Monte casino on Sunday, 16 June 2013. I was totally disappointed with the service that i got from the movies, to Customer Service at the Casino. The place was buzzing and the service we got from the staff was totally unacceptable. Since we could not get tickets for the Bollywood movies, we were told that the shows were sold out, so we had to watch something else, so we chose to see Fast and Furious 6. The cashier that served us was so unfriendly and seemed to be so impatient at the same time. We purchased 6 tickets and bought 4 tickets on one card and 2 on another, since we used the Club Festival cards. Apart from her unfriendliness, she gave us the wrong seats. The seats that were booked was supposed to be from G2-G7. We had to wake up from the seats because the cashier gave us H9-10, which we did not ask for. The couple were so rude to us and caused a stir asking us how could we sit in their seats. Only to find out that our seats were wrongly booked by the cashier. Cards used were 0200403 4 tickets and 0200376 2 tickets. After being so disatisfied at the movies, this was not the end of the drama. After the movie we went
