HIGHER SUBSCRIPTION FOR LESS CHANNELS

I am an extremely unhappy subscriber to DSTV Multichoice, every year the subcription goes up and we dilligently make our payments every month without complaint until to my recent dismay I discovered they split the Mnet Series channel and have subsequently renamed them. The only reason why we subscride to the compact package is for VUZU, Series and the Disney channels as we dont watch much TV. I called DSTV and was told by Nomzi that if I want the Series channel which shows Ellen, Carrie Diaries etc I need to upgrade to the next bouquet which is R380. So basically I must pay R105 more per month to watch a channel I've been getting all this time while paying R275 p/month.

No thank you, I would like to cancel my subscription and be happy watching SABC1, 2, 3 and Etv for FREE. Multichoice is ripping us off and that's the thank you we get for being loyal subscribers.
