Nikki's Stone House
Confirmed paid booking - locked with nobody there

I made a booking for 29.09.2013 at Nikki's Stonehouse in Villiers.
I made the payment and received confirmation of the booking.

We arrived there at 10h00 to find that there is nobody at the Bed and Breakfast.
I phoned the number on their nameplate at the venue and asked the person to assist us.
She was not aware of any booking, but said she is on her way.

We waited for an hour and left to get something to eat.
She phoned and said that she is at the venue and I replied that we are on our way.
She said that she opend the place and although she is leaving, there will be another lady to assist us. She would leave the gate open.

We arrived there and again, there was NOBODY.
I phoned again and requested assistance.
We waited another hour and she did not arrive.
We left. We requested a refund, but Nicolene is not answering any phone calls.
This is very unprofessional and I will never make a booking there again!!
