Not one professional person in charge

We have been looking forward to Iron Man 3 for a long time. My girlfriend and I decided to watch this together and I had to wait till she arrived back from Johannesburg. The day eventually came that we could go and watch it in 3D. We had such a great time up to the end of the movie, but as the movie was about to end, the cleaners came in and started cleaning the theatre. After a few minutes, I confronted the one cleaner and asked him to move out of the way so we can see the ending. Spoiled!! I approached the manager (Paul Vernon) and asked if this was normal practice. He brushed me off with a "I will talk to them" and left. At that time I did not know his name and went to the front desk to ask one of the ladies what his name is. Bulelwa told me that she can and will not give me his name. What!!! Really??? Eventually I tracked him down again and asked him his name. His attitude was one of annoyance and once again I was brushed away. This spoiled my entire date and day!!! Very unprofessional!
