Spend two call 10 mins and 16mins respectively-to get outstanding amounts to make payments but the linedroppethe firdt time-no one bthered to csll back.2nd call agent could explain the amount (breakdown) put me on hold forever. Try to do the enquiry online-even the website is not working, Website error says: UNABLE TO LOAD MODULE.Does anything or anyone knows what going on at DSTV.This is not my first bad experince with as well. Can someon contact meASAP give me the amount outstanding and a breakdown of it, so I can make payment!!!
