Unable to get assistance for a refund

We have tried numerous times to get through to the Call Centre, in order to speak to a manager regarding a refund. We have booked movie tickets for the 28/05/2013, at the Prestige Cinema in Rosebank. But due to unforseen circumstances we are not able to make the appointment.
