Paying for a service but don't get it

Multichoice is a supplier that is going against the consumer protection act. When a client is paying for a service it is the service providers role to make sure that I continue to receive the service. I should not have to get into my car and drive to a multi choice outlet to get a smart card changed! They should send it to me via registered mail if it is enabling the service delivery. Do multichoice not think that people work and that it costs money to get into your car, spend a few hours in traffic, spend another few hours in the outlet to get the card, then another few hours back in traffic all at my cost just to get a stupid card!! Being self employed it costs money to waste time of this nature. It will cost more money in time and materials for me to travel to an outlet than for multichoice to courier the card to me in the first place. Expect an invoice for time and materials Multichoice as well as a legal charge for being in breach of a service contract and going against the CPA.
