We now pay R695 for the DSTV Premium package. When we wanted to play some music on the audio channels they seemed to have been taken away. Also I like to catch the live streaming at work and they keep asking me for my smartcard number which I duly supply and then "submit", but still can't watch on my laptop (which I was able to do until a few weeks ago). Also they keep smsing me for my e-mail address for billing purposes, which I duly send to them and then I get another sms for the same thing the next day. I used to get regular e-mails with our statement (using the same e-mail as before) and that too has dried up. Also, can they please stop showing the same movies day after day. They must really think we are too stupid to notice. Come on DSTV, pull up your socks man. This is getting frustrating.
