We were refunded eventually

Mr Rutter did eventually refund us our money. It was an unpleasant experience and has basically put myself and my girlfriend off diving as a sport sadly.

Mr. Rutter is an amenable and easy-going person who I believe was going through some financial difficulties at the time of this incident. Hopefully these have now been resolved and we wish him all the best with his business.
