We had 4 open water students and 6 advance divers ready for courses with Prestige Diving Centre in Boksburg, as well as some equipment and dry gear. They were all very keen and ready because we only heard good stuff about the Diving centre!!! However we got there email about a night dive and instantly phoned Rowena to book. She was very friendly and took our details and phone number and said she would get back to us ASAP!!! Yet we are still waiting to hear from them. We then went to enquire why we haven't heard anything from them and her reply was that she was very busy, the diving centre didn't know us and they had enough divers in any case. Well I think it is very unprofessional. Our money is good enough to support them on a daily basis. We will rather look for another dive company which would take us with open arms even if they don't know us. Please be advice that as far as we go we will let everybody we know and meet tell them about the poor service and that we are not good enough for this diving centre. How would they want me to tell my friends and students that they are not good enough? How would they get to know us if they treat us the way they did??
