Bad info for Bieber concert and issues there

I made 2 phone calls to Big concerts directly in order to find out the details of Justin Bieber concert schedule. First call 9 May the consultant told me the gates open 5pm, Support acts at 7pm, Bieber is scheduled 9pm but will probably be late. I was confused as I had seen a report on yahoo that said Bieber was scheduled for 9pm in CTN but started 20minutes early. I called again on 10 May. Spoke to a supervisor (Jason). He was friendly and he 'corrected' the information: gates open 5pm, Support act any time from 6pm-6;45pm, Bieber scheduled any time from 8pm-8:45pm. The reason this information was so crucial was that we had 6 seated tickets and did not have to make plans to be there early and as such arranged transport to get there at 7pm. We got there shortly after 7pm horrified to find that the concert had already started at 7pm!! SO WE WERE LATE! Then the sound was SHOCKING: echoing and his voice drowned out. This is UNFORGIVABLE! WHY?? Surely this should not happen. DETRACTS FROM MY ENJOYMENT COMPLETELY! Paid R650 for good seats closer to stage! And the screens were shocking. He was not zoomed in on to barely see him any bigger than what could see him stage! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
