We purchased in Dec 12 and paid cash R 3900-00 for 11 Justin Bieber tickets from an employee that worked at Quintessentially Sonia Teixeira Ponts. It was a shock to find out that once we arrived at the concert we were diverted to gate 18 only to be told our tickets had been cancelled / blocked by the Quintessentially. When I contacted Quintessentially today Hayley stated that one of their employees had acted negligently and had 60 concert tickets and sold these to their customers and pocket the money and we will not be refunded and that I should lay a charge against their former employee! If they were aware of this in Feb which seems correct why was a media statement not issued advising the public that there could be a possible issue with tickets sold by them for various concerts and even list the ticket number, why was this measure not taken. Furthermore why did Quintessentially not have a representative present at the concert ready at gate 18 who could explain the situation to their customers. Quintessentially not only has a moral but ethical responsibility to have averted and corrected the situation. My heart broke for those children it is unacceptable!
