Lifestyle Vacation Club (lvc)
WAITING FOREVER

Since we joined this club - it always takes them forever to answer on e-mails. How do we book our holiday if they dont come back to us on what we e-mail. When on their Website - you can do Online Bookings but when you try and do so - it doesnt work at all. When phoning the call centre - you are online forever and it keeps on saying that you are number 26 inline - after waiting 10 minutes on the phone and I'm still 26th in Line - how can this be possible. Since we joined we had problems and the I am really now getting fed-up with this. They are taking their time and by the time they respond to my e-mails - there is no more place available. This is really pathetic.
