Sun city passing responsibility

I had booked at Sun City Vacation club. Upon registration was given a letter with regards to the monkeys and the responsibilities guests have towards the wildlife etc. The first impression on receiving room keys is that Sun City is environmentally aware company. However as we park the car and walk towards the room monkeys surround us and grasp the packets of food we have from our hand. Reaching the room we place whats left of our food in the fridge and cupboards leaving the door open. The monkeys rush into the kitchen open the fridge and cupboards and grasp whatever they can find. As we approach the monkeys they become aggressive. Thus we back off. The rest of the vacation is spend with the room doors locked. The complaint is Sun City should not pass off their responsibilities by giving us a letter stating that the monkeys are part of the surroundings. Their marketing of the vacation club does not state that this a a bush country / outdoor living type holiday If I wanted a holiday in the bush I would have booked one accordingly. The lasting impression one gets is that they have a monkey problem and don't know how to solve it.
