I have not used your decoder for over 2 years and today received billing for Insurance after I've cancelled on the 15th of April 2013. How is it possible that I should pay for something I have not used for over 2 years? I've sold this decoder and now I should pay insurance on this??? The wrong name on the account... The list does not stop. How should one fix this?
