Moon and earth estate agents extortionists

Since recently moving out of my previous place off residence in Springs I have been having continuous problems in trying to obtain my full deposit back from rental agency Moon & earth property management based in Springs.
The problem dates back from when I moved in, my aunt that was previously renting the place for a few months and had decided that she was gonna move, and me sincing I saw the place and liked it agreed to move in to the place when she leaves.
My aunt contacted Angela the owner of the agency and got the process going. All the relevant contracts were done and it was confirmed that I could move in January 2013.
In July 2013 I decided to move out.
On the 08//08/13 they emailed me saying that there will be deductions off my deposit for :
1.A new remote.(That I had handed in to them in working and in the original condition I received it in)
2.To replaces doors in the apartment (doors that weren't in the apartment when I moved in or even when my aunt moved in).
This is totally unacceptable. Angela the manager/owner says that she wasn't present when the key was handed over, so i am responsable to replace.
Please help!!! as i feel i am being extorted.by this agency.
