The most incompetent company eve

Good day

All companies who want to lease premises. Your first question to the landlord should be: Which company is handling their electricity supply.
If the answer is RURAL Maintenance, please do NOT sign the lease.

A good example is my company: Rural maintenance send invoices to us for six months, we confirmed with their contact person, that the invoices are correct.
After 6 months they said they made a mistake and that we are liable for the 6 months and they charge interest?
After making arrangements, this wonderful company sent someone to disconnect our electricity, because their system does not show the arrangement or the last payment which was made.

I agree companies must make money, but to be so exorbitant with your rates is absolutely crazy, we pay more than R 1000.00 p/m for an office where there is 3 computers on and lights during the day, no geysers or stoves or nothing extra in the office.

We then found out that the whole building received the disconnection letters.

Why should we as clients, carry the charges and interest on these account.

I hope that someone reading this had a similar experience and found a way out.
