Do not sign a lease with this compay!!

This rental company is a joke! They are purely there to make money and do not provide any service what so ever to tenants. I do not have enough characters to report everything, however some things are, please refer to other complaints they are all the same:
1. Signing a lease with me without notifying me that the unit was on the market.
2. No proper handover, rushed inspection.
3. Not prepared to paint a shabby exterior.
4. Agreed to maintenance but never did it, (but have a signed off job card).
5. Making astronomical deductions from deposits.
6. Not paying deposits back - even though confirmed in writing.
