No competency to administer sectional title

BEWARE WHEN USING THIS COMPANY. This company took over the electricity management of our Sectional Title complex. They are completely incompetent in dealing with unique landlord & tenant arrangements. We had a contract with our tenant where we were responsible for paying the electricity account every month. When Impact took over they were not prepared to honor the arrangement we had with our tenant & we were forced to change this arrangement against our wishes. We were bullied into doing something we did not want to do else our tenant would be without electricity. They also add exorbitant penalties & fees to accounts without proper explanation or reason. Bad customer service! Dealing with them to resolve any issues are very frustrating as their staff will not bother responding to queries or will be very rude when you eventually manage to get hold of them. It took me 2 months to get incorrectly allocated penalties reversed & another query logged 10 months ago is still not resolved. There is no doubt that this is a company with greedy people whose only mission is to enrich themselves by doing as little as possible along the way. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS, YOU WILL REGRET IT!
