Great service

Yesterday at about 15h00, I was involved in a nasty accident on Van Reenens, travelling back from KZN with my wife and young daughter. I phoned your call center and was connected to a gent by the name of William. Not only was he fantastically efficient in organising a tow truck/car hire etc, but he made at least three follow-up calls just to make sure that the processes were taking place and that the tow truck had arrived, and that we had got to Harrismith and that the Hire Car was available and that we were on our way again.
In an extremely stressful situation, his calm, assured manner went a long way in helping me deal with the situation and allowed me to be able to assure my beautiful family. Thankfully there were no injuries, and thanks to 1Com and William's efficiency, the whole accident and subsequent process delayed us by less than two hours! Incredible when you think that a flatbed had to be despatched, a hire car organised, a police report submitted (and we had ask the flatbed driver to make a stop at a loo for my little one?), the vehicle offloaded and all our luggage transferred.
