NO ACTION TAKEN AGAINST SQUATTERS

We have had tenants squatting in our complex. They do not pay water or electricity, threaten us, plug into the main power line, and hot water from another tenant. The water reading is being divided among the tenants, so in actual fact we are footing the bill. We have been complaining to De Lucia. They have given us no support. We were told by the ladies in the office that the director is only interested in receiving rent money. Where are we supposed to complain if not to our rental agency. They refuse to disclose the owners details and e mail to us as they do not want us to get in touch with him.
