Payment processed in the wrong account

I went to pay my account with an ID Book as i could'nt find my card, the lady by the name of Glady's Sihlangu gave me an attitude saying why am i paying with an ID cause im wasting her time yet i explained that i cant find my card. to my suprise after the payment i realised that the payment was processed to the wrong account, i went back to ask what happening and request a reversal and process the payment to my account but nobody seemed to be helpful, they told me that they wont be able to reverse the payment i have to bring a 3months bank statement, ID copy and a letter stating that im requesting a reversal. My only problem is why must i bring all those document yet it was not my fault that the payment went through the wrong account, they suppose to sort it out withing themselves as it was a store fault. i have been calling thier head office and sent emails regarding this but till today no one called me, yet im recieving calls everyday saying my account is outstanding i need to pay my account as soon as possible, and they busy adding money on my account with each and every call or massage they send me.
