My Deposit not Paid Back

My Husband (Kearabetswe) and I were renting a Unit in Sanridge Village at Unit 153. Were gave a 2 months notice and moved out on the 1st of March 2013 and weve been asking for our Deposit but the agency is giving us a run around. The lady is not taking our calls and we are told that the owner is in am process of paying since last week Monday. Please Help ASAP!
