Totally inept service from the start. Their initial account statements were a mess.
They did not pay rent over for first two months, eventually I got some payment and then the delays started again each month. Eventually I had enough and made sure no more tenant payments made their way into the agency bank account.
I did not do due diligence before hand, they are not registered with the Estate Agents Board, they do not segregate client funds or tenants deposits. They have had to turn to bank rolling new clients to fill the hole from those that have cancelled arrangements. Not a sophisticated, at all just pure...
They have now set up as Lavender Homes off Jan Smuts Ave.

They will undoubtedly continue the scheme.
I have contacted several people on the site already and criminal proceedings are under way on a collective effort basis, hopefully the rort will stop soon... Please get in touch if impacted, The Estate Agents Board have been notified, and will continue to receive a few more notifications over the next few days.
