A judgment was taken against me in 2010 because I was in arrears with my levies. I don't dispute that, as I made payment arrangement with Nicky to bring the account up to date. In January 2010 however, my electricity was cut off without any notice being given. Upon enquiry, Nicky told me the amount agreed on (R1500 pm which was towards my monthly levy and arrears) was too low to cover the arrears as well. A new agreement was drafted (which is attached) and I honored that agreement. To my surprise, I got two court summonses afterwards, one in March and the other in July. Now this I disputed with the lawyers (BBM), and they told me that they act according to orders from Astrodon. I need to know who from Astrodon gave the orders, and also, which one of the Trustees gave a go ahead for this.

Also advise how legal & admin fees for an amount of R6700 came to approximately R15000
