Unprofessional conduct

I rented a property through Consult Corp Realty. I gave one calendar month notice due to the building not being safe for my 80 year old mother to stay there. The letting agents accepted my notice, and the reasons given. Consult Corp Agent did the exit inspection, and all was clear and everybody was happy.
Now, two months later, my deposit was not returned to me. When I try to contact the Agent, he doesn't answer my calls or e-mails. This morning he phoned my partner and cursed and swore at her telling her that we will never see our deposit.
