The abovementioned is a Tenant who has not paid rent since February 2021
We lodged a case at The Rental Housing Tribunal (Took 3 months to get a hearing)
The ruling was given that the tenant must pay the outstanding by the end of November 2021, which was not done
It would seem that the offenders are always in the right no matter what in South Africa
We were forced to turn on the electricity and water despite non-payment and they are allowed to continue staying with no result
Disgusting laws that protect the persons committing the injustices
