I rent unit 5354 Windmill Park Estate for 5month only, numerous pairs was made since we moved in mostly water leaks in the bathroom and they would send out people to come and fix than the leak comes back just a month or so after it was fixed, i served 2months noticed as per the contract and i repainted the walls and cleaned the flat before i moved out. the agent come to check the place and everything was fine, now when i ask them when will the deposit be paid out they telling me that i', not getting anything back coz they repaired things that was broken. i ask them what was broken that u had to repair with my deposit coz i left the place as i found it and they cant answer me

Please dont rent from that agency a waist of your money believe me
