I have been renting a property and the agent is 4MAX Property, I have never in my life dealt with such rude individuals, they are theives and believe they have the upper hand on a lessee, their contract has many clauses that can affect a lessee and we are not protected in anyway, When you raise a concern directly with the owner of the property we are referred back to the agent. They bill you for anything, my advise is that no one should sign with 4MAX and if you get the opportunity to not renew, run and get out!!!

Surely someone should be looking into this company, they do not even have a registred number and address listed on their documents.
