PAYING BOILING WATER THAT WE DON'T USE

Every year at Rand excutive Building front opposite of Metro building, we have to strugle with water, We are paying Boiling water every month but we don't use that boiling water at the ends of the day we have to search ourself buy electricity to boil water. Last week 3 &4 June we were out of water We had to buy electricity. Again this week was worse we were out of water from Friday dated 10, 11 &12 June. I don't know why we have to pay boiler and amount of R450.00 at Rand Excutive building while we have to use our money again to buy electricity. Two months back tenenat had to strike while we were of water for a week. Every month their money increase while we pay like we pay a bond meaning while they can even manage their bulding, Somedy step in. We are tired with this kind of the service.
