Rand Water
No water 3 days - Noordheuwel - No warning!

Noordheuwel - Krugersdorp NO WATER 3 DAYS! Our water was cut off on Sunday without warning
TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and we still have no water. Mogale City did not even have the common courtesy to let the residents know! Their attitude is there is a water tank up the road go and fill up! I phoned the mayors office this morning and was told by Fazi that our water has not been cut off but in fact Rand Water had not supplied Mogale City water and they are busy in the board room trying to reach a solution - I beg your pardon - this ludicrous to say the least - I want and answer and I want it NOW! Give us our water and sort out your problems why should we suffer due to Rand Water and Mogale City issues. Also just phoned Rand Water and their voice message said if you want to leave a message press 1 - guess what it does not work!
I am livid, may I make a suggestion that Rand Water and Mogale City attend a customer liaison workshop
and learn how to deal with their clients! After all we pay their salaries.
