Beware of Pat Swart and Jannie Visagie

I have rented my property out in Rooihuiskraal through Early Light Properties. I struggled to get my rent from them and they always had some type of excuse.

One of the partners at the time Jannie Visagie rented through Early Light Properties and the other partner Pat Swart send me an e-mail stating that she take personal responsibility for the account. Payments were made on time for the first period. The partner, Jannie Visagie, stopped paying his electricity bills and left an account in excess of R16, 000. Pat confirmed in writing to settle the account but never made any payments.

I paid for a service and they did not manage the property.

Pat Swart does not respond to any calls or e-mails. Just get the read receipts from the e-mails send
