CONTRACTED TO MAINTAIN SHOPPING CENTRE

SHOCKING is all I can say about the way this shopping centre is maintained. For weeks on end the lift does not work and simultaneously the escalator too does not work. I am disabled and this is not acceptable.
I have already put in a complaint previously about 6 weeks ago and yesterday I was stranded again.
I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY NEDBANK AND FNB DON'T TAKE ACTION AGAINST JHB.
