Issue Resolved

After many discussions, We and Team 1 Water Front reached a conclusion that benefits all parties involved. The matter between us, the owner of the property and Team Water Front concluded that we are entitled to our deposit, and that the contract would be cancelled. We would like to thank Tanya Maritz and Deonette Janse van Vuuren, from our side and Niandri de Wagenaar from the Team 1 Waterfront team, who worked really hard to resolve this matter.
