X4Sale2u - Do not trust them!!!

The agency owes us our deposit as we moved out of the property we were renting from them. They promised to pay within 21 days and have since not paid since last year. Their manager was alleged to be in hospital and their offices have now been taken by other tenants after we tried calling them on numerous occasions.
