Beware!

I don't even know where to begin! We bought a house through Lourette van Tonder at Realty 1. We were told there are NO problems with the house. After moving in we discovered that there was damp problems in all the walls, and in 2 bedrooms. The roof was leaking and water streamed in everywhere when it rained. She said that she wasn't aware of any of this, Its going to cost us R50000 to fix all of this! Afterwards we got a valuation done on the house, and it is valued at R1m less that what we paid! What a rip off! I sent her a mail regarding all the problem (I haven't even mentioned the electricity, plumbing and irrigation problems here), but its been more than a month and she doesn't even bother to reply because she has her money now, so why should she care!
I am extremely upset with this, so please be aware of her, I have also talked to 3 other people who have delt with her in the past, and they had similar experiences!
