Inadequate Security Controls

On the 27.07.2013 I moved to Molware Estates where there's 24 hour security control. on the 15.08.2013 when i woke up my vehicle tyres with mags were and my car was placed on bricks. suprisingly on that night the gates were not closed. what makes things worse the very same night there was girl who was sleeping there, how can can people who don't have access cards manage to flee with 4 big tyres & one of the tenants car. this possess negligence in the security system of Molware Estates under Zelri Properties. The customer sevice from the company is disgusting in a way that would not refer anyone to them.

To make things worse, the is no caretaker to look after the property and most of the things are faulty and not attended to, They do not care about our living conditions. it's seems like they only interested in the money we pay. My neighbours experienced a water burst not even one of them who came to see how big was the damage. Their response was get your insurance to pay. I sometimes ask why are we paying rent or there was even a proper inspection done. One of the worst Property Company in our country
