On Saturday my stove had a problem but, I could only report it on Monday as it happened over the weekend. On Monday I sent an email to Just Letting Kempton Park to which I had no response. I sent a 2nd request on Tuesday and only then Priscilla advised that the handy man will be in contact with me the same day (Tuesday). No one called me. Yesterday I called Priscilla in the afternoon and was advised that the handyman will contact me and come to fix the stove and the shower tap. The handyman came late in the afternoon but, guess what; he just came to confirm what was wrong and still did not touch nor fix nothing. Today is Thursday and I still cannot cook or run cold water in the shower. Ever since I moved to this unit it's just been one thing damaged or another..
